Order status:

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order. We process all orders as quickly as possible, but please allow 3 to 5 business days from the time of your order for information to become available.

Cancel or modify an order:

Our fulfillment center begins processing orders quickly and we are not able to accommodate most order changes. Please contact us at hello@doaf.com immediately with your order information and we will do our best to make the change. We cannot guarantee any changes once an order has been placed. During times of high order volume, we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders. We are not responsible for address errors or delays once an order leaves our fulfillment center.

Returns or exchanges:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please visit our returns portal. You will need to have either access to the email address you used to place the order, or the order number and zip-code.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return through the above process will not be accepted.

We may request photos of the product’s condition, so do not dispose of any damaged products until directed to do so by DOAF.

Sales of Gift Cards are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Sale items cannot be returned and are final sale.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@doaf.com.

My order is missing:

My order arrived damaged:

If your order arrives damaged, please visit our returns portal for instructions on receiving a replacement item. You may be required to ship the damaged item back to us. We may request photos of the product’s condition, so do not dispose of any damaged products until directed to do so by DOAF.

Shipping questions:

You'll see the estimated ship date on the product image before you buy, as well as in your confirmation email. Once your order ships, you should receive it within 5 to 7 business days. Shipment times may be longer during the holiday season due to congestion with carriers.

For questions on care and washing instructions, refer to our website or the tag on the garments.
